Our Client, a 1st tier automotive supplier are urgently seeking a Warranty Supervisor to join their team.
The Purpose of the Role:
To co-ordinate and follow up with the quality activities of the Program and report any quality concerns found on any parts supplied by our client
The Warranty Supervisor will support the Warranty Analyst and provide hands on technical assistance for component field failures, ensuring parts are diagnostic / analysed and project managed through to preventative design, supply or build action.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of dealing with product warranty claims, preferably within the automotive sector. You will be familiar with vehicle assembly processes and experience of automotive wiring harness production methods will be a great advantage.
You will ideally have a working knowledge of APQP, Global 8D, PPAP, CPK, SPC, Taguchi, Ishikawa, Poke-Yoke, Kaizen and 6 Sigma processes.
Computer literacy is a must in the following applications: MS Office and Windows, especially spread sheet and database applications.
